Privacy Policy

Booking

  • We require a 20% or £20.00 deposit, whichever is the smaller, when a booking is accepted. This is non-refundable if less than 5 days notice of cancellation is given.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to events beyond our control. Should this happen, we will refund the deposit in full but have no further liability.

Payment

  • Full payment must be made four weeks prior to occupation. Please note that we are currently unable to accept credit or debit cards.

Occupancy

  • The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10pm on the day of departure. Luggage can be stored for short periods outside these times by prior arrangement.
  • The number of people occupying a room must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking.

Loss or Damage to Property

  • We do not accept, nor cannot be held liable, for any loss or damage to guest's property or possessions.
  • Vehicles may be parked on our property but entirely at the owner's risk.
  • Guests causing disruption to other guests, or to the management, will be asked to leave at once. If this happens, then the guest(s) in question will be liable for their bill in full.
  • Breakages or damage must be paid for at the time.
  • Items removed from the property without the consent of the management will be reported to the police.
  • Any guests found to possess illegal substances will be asked to leave the premises immediately. If this happens, then the guest(s) in question will be liable for their bill in full.

Car Parking

  • The cottage comes with allocated parking for up to three cars, however additional space can be provided.
  • Vehicles are parked at owner's risk. We can accept no responsibility either for vehicles or their contents.

Complaints

  • Because we want your stay to be the best it can be, please would you let us know of any problems whilst you are here so that we can put them right as soon as possible.
